Fulfillment Policy

This page is used to describe Adsurdly’s Fulfilment Policy for customers to have clarity on our product and terms

Refund Policy: We generate leads on behalf of our clients and the terms at which they can request refunds is that it is done so within 7 days of the date the lead has been received. They can send this information to Jacob@adsurdly.com and the lead will be credited to their account. Additionally, clients may request refunds in total if we did not meet timeline demands by emailing us at Jacob@adsurdly.com.

Delivery Policy: Leads are delivered either through an API connection or webhook to our clients internal systems. If there is not an option to do so, we will provide them via email or text to the desired destination. These are backedup in our systems and leadsheet to ensure deliverability can be accounted for.

Return Policy: Returns for leads can be done via emailing Jacob@adsurdly.com, if they do not meet the criteria of qualified as determined in clients agreements from the start date.

Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel at any time in an engagement with Adsurdly by emailing Jacob@adsurdly.com. There is no term length of contract as everything we provide is month-to-month.
